1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases made on Wedglee are non-refundable. Once a wedding website is created or services are accessed, we do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment made by mistake ( paying twice for the same service by mistake)
• Technical issues from our side that prevent service usage

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. Include your payment details and a clear description of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
